Lights over Central Hawke’s Bay Fireworks Extravaganza

The annual CHB Youth Trust Fireworks Extravaganza promises to be even bigger, better and brighter than previous years...

Fabulous Fireworks and an evening of fun for all the family and friends. The CHB Youth Charitable Trust Fireworks display is a community run event in its 6th year, with a reputation for being one of the best of its type in the East Coast.

Where: Coronation Park, Ruataniwha Street, Waipawa

When:  Sat 1st Nov 2008, Gates open from 6 pm. Main fireworks display at 9 pm

Rain date: Sun 2nd Nov 2008, Gates open from 6 pm. Main fireworks display at 9 pm

Highway 50 Gardens Fun Weekend

Waipawa Spring Festival

Stalls and entertainment at Nelly Jull Park, prior to the annual duck race on the Waipawa River. Purchase a ticket for a numbered plastic duck and watch it float to the finish line. Extra event for the children 'Make your own duck", use any materials you wish, only exception NO decoy's.  Come and have a quacker of a day!
