The goddess is alive and well in CHB...
Merry meet and Blessed be.
You may of heard whispers, talk of a covern and witches with broomsticks and black cats. Its true I tell you, its all true.
We are a group of woman who gather to learn, to share, and to grow in the ways of the ancestors. We celebrate the changing seasons with ritual and respect (and more than a few laughs.) We honer the god and goddess that is within us all.
Reciently some of our newbies have compleated their first exams and are ready for initiation into the world of the witch. You know who you are, and congratulations to you all.
We are coming to the time of Ostara, this is the time of spring equanox, we will gather at a secret place and honer the goddess and god with symblos of new life and new growth...pastal colours, painted eggs, and bunnies (sounds like a certain christian festival doesnt it?) We will raise a cone of power, and pour a blessing upon this land that supports and nurtures us.
Take time at this time to notice the little wonders that are spring, to smell the jonquils, to delight in the new life that is abundant all around us.
Blessing upon us all...merry meet and merry part untill we meet again
