Description
One very flavoursome sauce to accompany your fresh pasta noodles.
Ingredients
- 4 sli bacon
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 4 cloves garlic
Instructions
Slice the bacon and the onion finely, mince the garlic and sweat these ingredients in olive oil gently in a pan for a few minutes until the onion is transparent.
Cook the fresh pasta noodles, drain well, stir through the onion, bacon, garlic mix and quickly stir through the eggs which you will have beaten lightly. Season with a little salt, pepper and some minced chopped parsley, dish up and ENJOY. I like the variation of adding some slice mushrooms to the onion/bacon mix.
